That’s what we call ’selfishness’.
You don’t need training to do what is natural–day care is the anti-thesis of natural if they need ‘training’. Mothers have the spiritual capacity and insight to nurture without formal training.
I do home day care/school with my mother. We correct the people who call us babysitters because we get insulted. We are DAY CARE PROVIDERS!
Agreed! Formal training is needed. The Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is leading the field in the right direction.
