Council OKs grant to develop child care services
Child care advocates claimed a victory Monday when the Minot City Council voted 8-4 to invest MAGIC Fund dollars in strengthening the child care industry.

A New Albany woman who runs a child care center in her home has been charged with a felony for allegedly hitting her 8-year-old son multiple times with a wooden spoon, leaving him covered in bruises.
